Cyclomethicone is a well-loved skin care ingredient that helps skin to retain moisture by reducing TEWL (transepidermal water loss). It acts as a skin protectant or barrier to help skin resist damage from chemicals, harsh weather, chafing etc. Cyclomethicone is hypoallergenic and great for sensitive skin.

VITAMIN E has so many benefits to the skin. It can be used to reduce those leftover summer brown spots, diminish wrinkles, remove makeup, hydrate cuticles and heal scars. Adding vitamin E to the sunscreen makes the skin less red swollen, and dry. That’s because vitamin E can absorb the energy from ultraviolet (UV) light and prevent UV-induced free radical damage to skin. Topical application of vitamin E reduces pollution-related free radical damage. In one study, it significantly reduced the number of unstable molecules created after exposure to cigarette smoke.
